Return Policy

Want to make a return or exchange? Not a problem dear!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at support@lessdramafit.com and mention the reason for return.

Shipping is non-refundable and only eligible items returned will be refunded if returned within 14 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, all shipping fees will be on us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The first exchange is free of charge; any additional exchanges are subject to an AED 20.00 service fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, but usually up to 10 working days.
